※ The attendee is solely responsible for any damages incurred due to ignorance of the concert attendance policy. Ticket exchanges and refunds are not possible; please be mindful.

• You can book a maximum of 2 tickets per person for one performance for this concert.

• Bank transfer payments are unavailable for one week after the opening of additional seat sales. Bank transfer payments are only possible from August 29, 2025 (Friday) to September 5, 2025 (Friday) until midnight.

• Transferring tickets and receiving tickets by third parties other than immediate family members is prohibited. Bookings must be made in the name of the person who will attend the concert.

• If booking on behalf of an immediate family member, all documents must be presented: family relationship certificate (health insurance, resident registry extract, family relationship certificate, etc.), original ID of the person who booked, and the attendee's ID. Identity verification and ticket collection are only possible under these conditions.

• To avoid congestion on the day of the concert, tickets booked during the early sale period will be sent out in a single shipment.

• Reissuing tickets is not possible; please be careful not to damage or lose them.

• Delivered tickets cannot be canceled online. For returns, you must mail the ticket back to the Interpark Ticket customer center by the cancellation deadline. Refunds will be processed based on the date the ticket is received, and a cancellation fee will be charged.

• For the concert, tickets can be booked: for the Saturday performance, by 5:00 PM on Friday (the day before the concert); for the Sunday performance, by 11:00 AM on Saturday (the day before the concert). A cancellation fee set by the operator will be charged for booking cancellations. After the booking period ends, cancellations and refunds are not possible.

• Any transactions involving tickets conducted outside of the official sales website are illegal. In case such transactions are detected, they will be handled according to established procedures with appropriate verification. The parties involved in illegal transactions bear full responsibility for any damages incurred. Organizers, co-organizers, and partners of the concert assume no responsibility.
