📍 General Information

• Age restriction: from 14 years and older (children and elementary school students are not allowed).
  — Those born up to and including 2013 may enter.
  — Those born from 2014 onwards - entry is prohibited.

• Entry requires a document confirming age (ID, student ID, passport, etc.).

• Tickets are non-refundable or exchangeable after purchase.

🎟 Ticket reservation and collection

• Ticket collection begins 1 hour before the show starts.

• Tickets can only be collected upon presentation of identification and the original booking confirmation.

• Partial collection (only a portion of the seats per order) is not possible.

• Lost tickets cannot be reissued.

• Entry to the hall is permitted only before the show begins.

• No refunds are possible for late arrivals or violations of the rules.

• Bringing the following items into the theater premises is prohibited:
  drinks, food, professional cameras, flowers, gifts.

• Parking is limited; using public transport is recommended.

• Fan gifts and bouquets for actors will not be accepted.

• Sales through third-party websites, blogs, SNS, or carpooling are illegal.

• Buyers of illegal tickets bear personal responsibility.
