 Application deadlines:
September 1 – November 28, 2025 (3 months).

Applicants will have to pay an administrative fine reduced by 90%, as well as confirm the absence of serious legal violations, tax debts, and threats to public health. For some, this means restoring their previous status, for others – the need for a short-term departure and re-entry on a visa.
