Entry is possible with advance reservation via Naver or walk-in
⏱ Last entry:
- for reservations — by 7:30 PM,
- for walk-ins — by 7:00 PM

1 Naver account = 1 reservation per day.
Duplicate reservations will be automatically canceled.
You can bring up to 3 accompanying adults per reservation (specify during registration).
New slots open daily at midnight (00:00), but may vary in time.
Due to high traffic, there may be delays.
If all spots are filled, the reservation button will be inactive, and an "End of Reception" page will appear.
Please arrive no later than 10 minutes before the end of your 30-minute slot; if you are late, entry will be on a walk-in basis only.

For each Jellycat Space item, you may purchase up to 2 units per person.
The exhibition experience may vary slightly by product.
Some items may sell out early; current stock is not displayed in real-time.
Exchanges and returns due to a change of mind are not possible.
For defects, please contact the support center (☎ 1551-2014) within 7 days of purchase.

Even with a reservation, there may be a wait on-site.
Some areas are outdoors; appropriate clothing is recommended.
There are no elevators or special lifts, which may be inconvenient for visitors with limited mobility.
Bright flashes and rapidly changing images may be present; caution for individuals sensitive to light.
Children under 14 may only enter with a guardian (1 adult : 1 child).
Children can only purchase items with a separate reservation.

Entry to the POP-UP signifies agreement to be photographed or filmed, which may be used for marketing purposes.
