How to pay for insurance without a letter from NHIS

Hello!<br/>I am having issues paying for my insurance. I have been studying in language courses for over six months, but neither after 6 months nor even after 9 months of my stay have I received an insurance payment letter at my university. I tried to register in the app by obtaining a financial certificate, but I simply couldn&#039;t manage to take a photo of my ID card. Other methods didn&#039;t work either. As I was told at the university office, this is because I have not received the letter yet. Please advise how I can pay for the insurance, as I need to apply for a student visa soon, and I am worried that there will be problems🙏
